One down

The first of three quilts for our preschool auction is done!  This one shows the artwork done by the kids in the 3s class at Tigard Playschool.  There's Aidan's, see it?  This was accomplished using the "glue-batik" method - basically you "draw" with the glue, then paint over it when it's dry.  When you dissolve the glue the white fabric beneath shows through!  Cool, right?  Easy and fun and hopefully it (and the others) will attract a lot of bidding.  I mean, you'd bid on it, wouldn't you??

Wow that is really cool! I've never seen that done before. Love Aidan's square. Love the colours on the backing too. Fabulous job.
