In the pink

I made these little legwarmers for Owen's best girl friend Elaina - circumstances keep preventing us from meeting (little things like, oh, I don't know, Thanksgiving...) but I absolutely can't wait to see her slide these on over her tights.  What little girl wouldn't love pink angora legwarmers?  Heck, even us big girls think they look pretty cute.  This yarn is an angora/acrylic blend and is so fabulous to work with - soft and fuzzy without being too sheddy.  I've made all sorts of things with it, and have been pleased with everything so far (see Ravelry for the details).

All right - back to work.  I have made five of the twenty-four Advent mittens for my garland - that means there are still nineteen to make!  Stay tuned to see if I make it...or go crazy in the trying.

Omg, that is so cute! I am sure she will love them. I need to make Melody some legwarmers, too.
