Sunday shadows

Hope no one found themselves utterly bored by last week's photo-only series. I just didn't have a lot of words in me at the time. Truthfully, I wasn't that happy with it. I need to be better about consciously having the camera with me and capturing shots as the opportunities arise. So today I got out there and prowled around the backyard looking for inspiration.

Sometimes the negatives are really positives! There is so much gorgeous color out right now, but it was the shadows on the fence that caught my eye today.
