Lest you think I deprive my kids of all summer-related activities...Today was a busy day. House cleaning gave way to house guests (Phil has come to stay for a week to recuperate from hip replacement surgery) which led to much settling-in. A little knitting, a little reading and a few photo ops were squeezed in amongst getting dinner on the table, dogs walked and babies nursed. I'd say the day could be summed up best by our friend Dr. Seuss:
Today was good
Today was fun
Tomorrow is another one.
