Birthday Reflections

Thanks to everyone for the super party last Saturday - good soup, good singing (from some of us) and especially good donuts! Good times...

The flowers were pretty amazing, too. I especially like the little vignette in the front room: flowers, yarn, Grandma Sally's snack bowls, grandfather clock. The purple tuplips stand so straight and tall...

And the daffodils just glow...

And the presents? Totally cool (Mom and Sarah being the crafty women they are). I can't wait until my new KnitPicks shipment arrives. The yarn is going straight into that bag. I have plans for the lace collar, too!
