Two down, one to go...

Here is Quilt #2 for the upcoming preschool auction!  This one took the longest - what with the windowpanes around each square and the hand-sewn felt letters.  A labor of love - I feel a lot of affection for this one.  The two year olds are responsible for the great drawings (with fabric markers) so I can't take all the credit.  Still, I confess a certain pride fills me up when I see these finished quilts and I hope the families that take them home will love them as much as I do!

Another job well done! Owen's square looks like a spaceship flying through the milky way. I wonder what was going though his head. The quilts are a great idea to utilise the kids' talents.

Thanks! That's actually another Owen who's only two (and super cute). I was thinking it would be fun to have my Owen do some squares, along with Aidan and the rest of the family to make a family version!
