The simple flowers of early spring are a perfect antidote to clearing the noise from my head - at least temporarily. I love the yellows and pinks of February - petite crocus, goofy daffodils, delicate sprays of cherry and plum blossoms. The weather report called for "abundant sunshine" today - and for once they totally delivered. We all turned our faces into the sun and said a quiet thanks for the lovely weather - and I forgot my cares for the whole day.

Lovely! Leading up to early Spring is a great time in the garden.
Of course it is still Summer here and we froze today. We even got out the scarves.
Looks like signs of Spring!
