These last tomatoes of Katie's are inspiring me to make something warm and hearty and satisfying. Last night it was meatloaf patties with roasted potatoes (yams, sweet potatoes and russet potatoes, specifically). Tonight I think maybe I'll make some chicken pasta smothered with rich alfredo sauce. Mmmmmm...then lentil soup...flank steak...banana bread with chocolate chips...
I love fall food.
