Rainy Monday (a day of asides)

We've already had a mix of good and bad today. Owen's wired to the max (the product of a rainy morning) and is bothering me like a bamboo skewer under my fingernail (hey, if not on a wet Monday when can one use hyperbole?). But we did have a nice hot breakfast (yay Bob's Red Mill) and the house is still looking clean (a non-so-minor miracle, really). Aidan's having his nap now (please take a long one, child) and Owen has finally quieted down with some toys on the carpet. Whew. Now I'm planning to squeeze in a few moments of crochet (an afghan for the preschool auction) and maybe some knitting (more gnome babies of course). What sort of activities are you up to (parenthetical or otherwise) on this rainy Monday?
