Sorry I was absent yesterday. I've been working like the dickens to get this small afghan for the preschool fundraising auction done. I think it turned out quite well. At first we weren't sure if more cherries were needed, but the majority have said less is more so there you have it.
It's very soft and squishy, and since it's for children, made from washable acrylic yarn. I know, wool would be better, but I want this baby to sell! And what parent of a preschooler is going to want to
handwash a blanket??
I'm not sure, but I may have to make another one for the sale...these things are kind of addictive. I'll just add it to the never-ending list of Things to Make Someday.
